We look after your information as carefully as we loop back for you on a run. This covers what we collect and why, under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. The people responsible for your data ("the controller") are the organisers of Late Runners, contactable at hello@laterunners.co.uk.
To run the club and contact you about runs (our legitimate interest as a club you've joined); to keep you safe using your emergency contact and any health info (with your consent); and to share photos (with your consent). You can withdraw consent any time.
Only the organisers who need it. We don't sell it. Tools we use to run the club (our form provider, email, WhatsApp) process data on their own terms. We keep your details while you're part of the club and for a short period after (12 months), then delete them, sooner if you ask.
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent. Email hello@laterunners.co.uk and we'll sort it, usually within a month. If you're unhappy, you can complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk or 0303 123 1113.
This is a plain-English starting point, not legal advice. Have it checked by a qualified professional before you rely on it.
