Late Runners ("we", "us") is a volunteer-run social running club based in Manchester. We're currently an informal (unincorporated) club rather than a registered company. Reach us at hello@laterunners.co.uk.
When you sign up or take part, you agree to these terms, our waiver and our privacy policy. You confirm your details are accurate and you'll tell us if they change.
You take part at your own risk and are responsible for your own safety and fitness. You'll follow reasonable safety guidance, behave considerately, and take care on roads and paths. Under-18s need a parent or guardian's consent.
We're a volunteer-run group, not a coached or supervised service. Times, routes and meeting points can change, and we may cancel a run (for example in bad weather) at short notice.
We want everyone to feel welcome and safe. We may ask anyone to leave a run or the club if their behaviour puts others at risk or spoils it for the group.
As far as the law allows, we're not responsible for loss, injury or damage you suffer while taking part. Nothing here excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that can't lawfully be excluded.
We sometimes take group photos. We'll only use ones you appear in if you've said that's okay, and you can change your mind any time.
We may update these terms; the latest version lives here. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
This is a plain-English starting point, not legal advice. Have it checked by a qualified professional before you rely on it.
